Jeet Kune Do Concepts

The predominant goal of the Jeet Kune Do-Concepts is to impart the broadest possible spectrum of skills. So every martial artist can take the most effective options for him and develop his own style. Therefore, techniques and training principles from different systems are trained for the different fighting distances.

The specialty of the JKD is that it is not subject to any stylistic restrictions. In the JKD, techniques from various martial arts are merged into one unit. In this way, the performer develops the ability to find his way around all distances.

Das Jeet Kune Do Concepts System

In the JKD Concepts, unarmed combat is divided into four distances, in each of which forms of exercise and techniques from the various martial arts are trained:

Kicking / step or foot distance

  • Kali
  • Thaiboxing
  • Savate

Boxing / fist distance

Trapping & Grappling / Close Combat
