BJJ FOR KIDS AT ZANSHIN DOJO HAMBURG

In our martial arts school, children from 5 - 13 years old can learn the fascinating self-defense sport of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. As a contact sport, BJJ offers a very challenging but safe and caring environment for children. The focus is always on training with each other, which is why manners and respect play a big role.

In a rapidly growing digital world, children are becoming addicted to digital media at an ever earlier age. In order to bring the natural fun of movement back to the children, our lessons deal specifically with self-defense techniques, rolling on the ground as well as competitive games.
Twice a year, children in BJJ have the opportunity to participate in Graduation Day. On this special day, the children are awarded the next belt based on their performance.

Zanshin Dojo is a member of the IBJJF (International Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Federation), the JJIF (Ju-Jitsu International Federation) and the AJP (Abu Dhabi Jiu Jitsu Pro).
